Shipping Methods
We ship our packages worldwide directly from Thailand. You can choose between two shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (No Tracking): Recommended for budget-conscious buyers. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. Please note that no tracking information will be available for this option.
- Tracked Shipping (With Tracking): Recommended for peace of mind. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Important Information for International Shipping
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays in Thailand).
- Customs and Import Taxes: Since packages are shipped from Thailand, they may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the laws of your destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are completely out of our control.
- Potential Delays: While the vast majority of shipments arrive within the stated timeframe, customs inspections in the destination country can occasionally delay delivery. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
